The Opus is a 20 story high rise mixed use building in Business Bay that comes with a wide range of facilities and services. It is made up of two buildings that come together to make a single cube that seems to float above the ground. The height of the building ranges from 93.0m / 305ft

The building is designed by a famous & visionary architect named Zaha Hadid and it shows her creativity skills and eye catching designs as well as her ability to start a revolution in the field of architecture.

There are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments along with 2 and 3 bedroom penthouses ranging from 984 to 4,436 sqft. The residential units are meant to offer the highest level of ease and luxury. The apartments come with all of their own unique fittings and furniture. The rooms are serviced by ME Hotel.
