Dubai Design District is also known as D3 which was built by TECOM Group in 2013. D3 is also a home to Dubai Institute of Design and Innovation (DIDI). This mixed-use area covers restaurants, cafes, and gives you an option for enjoying nightlife.

This development was planned to be completed in three phases, the first phase is made up of 11 buildings which features showrooms, co-working spaces, retail outlets and office units.
