Coco-Cola Arena

The Green Planet

In September 2016, Meraas and zoOceanarium Group opened the 60,000-square-foot facility, which houses more than 3,000 plants and animals in many rainforest zones (Flooded Forest, Forest Floor, Mid-story, Canopy). A tropical bio-dome such as The Green Planet also has the largest artificial indoor tree in the world (25 m tall), twice-daily simulated thunderstorms, mist, and realistic waterfalls.
