Meydan City Dubai Area Guide

Meydan City also known as Meydan is a freehold residential community which is situated along Ras Al Khor Road and Dubai – Al Ain Road. Originally conceived by Sheikh Rashid Bin Maktoum, Dubai's ruler, it has evolved into a bustling urban hub in Nad Al Sheba.

Launched in 2007, Meydan City is a mixed-use community that spans an area of 40 million sq. ft in total including residential and commercial spaces, features various off-plan and fast-paced development projects.

Meydan Dubai location has a wide range of sub-communities which include Meydan One, The Polo Residences, and others. These sub-communities provide an exclusive lifestyle with oriental-inspired architecture that includes a wide range of buildings, villas, apartments, and offices. Along with that the development of the community is fueled by well-renowned builders like G&Co Properties, Meydan, and Oriental Pearls.

Hosting renowned horse racing festivals and the Dubai World Cup annually, Meydan City is synonymous with upscale living, combining free-zone businesses, major sporting events, and residential areas.

Meydan offers a diverse range of residential properties which include apartments, hotel towers, villas, and townhouses. Commercial spaces are situated on Meydan Avenue, while Meydan One and Meydan Gated Community host clusters of apartments and villas respectively.
