It covers an area of around 31,200 square feet and is the third highest-priced apartment sold in Dubai in terms of price. It is being developed by H&H Development in partnership with Aman Group, with architecture by Kerry Hill Architects, and is currently ongoing construction, with handover scheduled for 2028. It is the most obvious case of a branded, ultra-prime beachfront product that retains its worth irrespective of completion, and has already sold units for hundreds of millions of dirhams.

The same address earlier this year sold an AED 166 million off-plan unit, which shows just how many record-breaking sales this address has had throughout 2026.

2. Bugatti Residences by Binghatti

In Business Bay, Bugatti Residences by Binghatti sold several high-profile penthouses, one of which was sold to international buyers for AED 200 million. The five-bedroom, 9,415 square foot apartment was the most expensive unit ever sold in Bluewaters Island for AED 90 million. A similar one is now available for AED 96 million.
