A double-skin exterior has also been included to improve sustainability by efficiently lowering temperature and increasing energy efficiency in the tower. There are 2, 3 & 4-bedroom configurations available at Dar Al Arkan Pagani Tower ranging from 1,784 to 4,569 sq. ft. The super luxurious globe-shaped penthouse offers two size options: 8,207 sq. ft. or 14,428 sq. ft., each featuring distinctive layouts.
The Tower offers apartments and penthouses with private swimming pools.
