The two-bedroom apartments range in size from 1,234 to 1,361 square feet and will include two en suite bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a balcony. Some units will also have a maid's room. The 1,299 to 1,712 square foot three-bedroom apartments will have a living space, a maid's room, a balcony, three en suite bathrooms, and a kitchen.
In-house facilities will include several swimming pools, a cafe, and a garden. There will be an outdoor playground and a play area for kids. A jogging/walking track and separate gym areas for men and women are available to fitness lovers. There will be number plate recognition, dedicated parking for residents, and EV chargers available.
There will be several high-speed lifts in the facility. Luma Park Views will have smart locks, video-enabled access control, restricted-access lifts and extensive maintenance services to ensure central air conditioning and upkeep of the complex.
