Owned and operated by Dubai Investments Park Development Company LLC, Dubai Investment is a mixed-use development which is situated in Dubai South.

Launched in 2004, the community spans an area of over 2,300 hectares and offers commercial and residential properties in three phases which are industrial, commercial and seven eco-friendly residential communities. Dubai Investment Park began with a business park which included offices and commercial facilities, followed by seven residential complexes. This prime development is part of the South Dubai project, envisioned as "the city of tomorrow.

Dubai Investment Park (DIP Dubai) is divided into several sub-communities among which the most popular are Green Community, Ritaj, Ewan and Centurion. The Palisades is a residential development comprising 20 luxury apartment buildings, 08 beautiful villas along with 36 townhouses for their residents. The development covers 20 million sq.ft.
