The price is dependent on the type of property, size, and scope of the project. Most structural changes require approval. Home renovation includes anything that alters the structure, design or appearance of a home. It can go as far as repainting walls or even completely restructuring the design of the building itself. Typical renovation objectives are:

Larger areas and exterior works make villas more expensive to renovate. Townhouses are in the middle. Apartments are less spacious, but vary depending on the floor and type of building.
