ZUHA Island, painstakingly created by ZAYA and FIVE Holdings, is a luxurious and exclusive resort. Tucked away among the World Islands, this ultra luxurious location is only fifteen minutes from Dubai's mainland.
A collection of 30 exclusive waterfront majestic villas will be located on the private island and organised by the shimmering water that encircles the island. Spanning over 2.5 million square feet, the island is host to 2.5 km of greenery.
In the villas, there is a layout with bedrooms including 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms and treehouse villas with panoramic view of the Island. The plot size ranges from 24,000 square feet to 41,000 square feet, from this size 19,656 square feet of the land will be allocated to the BUA.
The exterior design originated with simple geometric shapes on every lot to enhance the residences, provide island views and enhance the city skyline. Four separate levels rise from beachside to horizon, centred on a twisting staircase and opening to expansive terraces across the island and ocean. Based on the initial solid outlines, ZAYA used the island, ocean, wind and waves to create a unique and organic home that integrated into ZUHA.
Innovative furniture and materials highlight the island's forms, light and curves. Soft colours and organic materials like limestone and marble provide seamless interior-exterior flow in all six en-suite rooms, including an ocean-view master suite. Four living rooms, several patios and dining options enhance the design with elegance.
