Closing off with a flexible 50/50 payment schedule that helps in cash flow management, the anticipated handover is in Q2 2026. Lanai Islands, which is found in Tilal Al Ghaf, offers upscale island-style homes with expansive vistas and private beach access.
The average price per square foot in Tilal Al Ghaf as of May 2025 is AED 1,975, and the average sale price is AED 9,021,765.
The cost of off-plan villas and townhouses in Tilal Al Ghaf has shot up significantly since the beginning of 2021. Properties were selling for about AED 739 per square foot at the outset of 2021. This rose 74% over three years to around AED 1,287 per square foot by January 2024.
