One of the do-it-before-you-die of corporate life is enjoying a good meal and some laughs with your colleagues or perhaps, your clients. In a commercially-held urbane city like Dubai, businesses are flicking up every now and then.
Therefore, to get your pitches told or your deals sold, it doesn’t have to be confined to the meeting room. Ensuring everyone enjoys building relationships outside of your family circles, there should be something for the corporate crowd as a standard grade. Yes?
To fit the great business lunch spot status quo many of you will agree on this: professionalism, convenience, comfort, and culinary finesse. More importantly if the place can allow discussions to flow without distractions, then there’s no limit to excellence.
But then you should also take value for money into consideration. Afterall, business lunches mark prestige without the excess. The following are a curation of Dubai’s top luncheon spots for your business invitees.

ROKA presents an exquisite getaway for the contemporary business lunch in the thick of Dubai’s corporate scene. Strictly rooted in modern Japanese robatayaki cuisine, the restaurant hits a footing between niche flavouring and polished culture. If you plan to host clients, pitch your next business idea over casual conversation, or connect with colleagues during your day, ROKA alters the business lunch for some purposeful dining.
Designed for professional meetups, ROKA’s bold toned wooden interiors and calm energy stand perfect for productive meetings.
With a choice of Donburi, Classic or Premium business lunch menus, ROKA’s selections are up a notch. The Sea Bream Fillet melds the deep, soothing richness of ryotei miso and softly crisp red onion with coastal freshness, while the Salmon Fillet Teriyaki is coated with a delicate pairing of sweet and savory and finished with a hint of citrus and fragrant sansho salt.
For those who prefer stronger flavourings, the Cedar-Roasted Baby Chicken gives smoky succulence deepened by chilli and sharp lemon, while the Lamb Cutlets with Korean Spices give a tender intensity topped by crisp sesame cucumber. Another option is the Beef Fillet with Chilli, Ginger, and Spring Onion, a hearty but elegant pick with layers of warmth, scent, and depth. While you sit and dine you have the glitzy city lights for backdrop.

As the first fully female-led restaurant, Fi’lia serves exquisitely Italian Mediterranean cuisine with a holistic approach to culinary. Born from the Italian word figlia, meaning daughter, Fi’lia celebrates feminine lineage and forward momentum challenging the status quo of the industry with confidence and curiosity. The same spirit runs directly into their drinks menu, where the curated selection of wines features grapes grown and crafted entirely by women.
Set on the 70th floor of Marasi Drive at Business Bay, the restaurant was named a Michelin Guide Selected Restaurant in 2024 and 2025 and received the Michelin Bib Gourmand award in 2022 and 2023.
The three-course business lunch set involves their 3-sectioned menu titled ‘nonna’, ‘mamma’, and ‘figlia’ with choices. Filia's business lunch starts with antipasti options like the golden Tomini Fritti sprinkled with salsa verde and figs, cloud-soft Burrata paired with sweet candied tomatoes, Insalata di anguria e feta with watermelon, cucumber and feta, and Tartare di tonno which is smooth tuna tartare glossed with olive oil.
Main courses involve comfort and strong flavor with classic pizzas like the Buffalo Margherita, the Diavola, or rich Quattro Fromaggi, and creamy carbonara, earthy mushroom risotto, and gently grilled branzino for a lighter touch. For dessert, mascarpone and espresso are merged to develop the Fi'liamisu, Fi’lia’s famous take on tiramisu, a dessert memorable as the meal itself. The Signature Pavlova is the fill-in dessert choice.

Located on the fourth floor of The Lana Hotel, Dorchester Collection in Business Bay, Riviera is where you can indulge in French-Mediterranean elegance. Created by Chef Jean Imbert, the restaurant lets you observe a small marina dotted with luxury yachts for ambiance. The business lunch at Riviera prepares a 3-course lunch set.
Riviera by chef Jean Imbert’s business lunch is heavily Mediterranean, with starters that weigh both ease and richness like Mum’s quinoa tabbouleh, a loving homage to bright, herbaceous Middle Eastern flavors, and then smooth signature tuna tartare, gently garnished with seasonal nuances.
Mains carry strong coastal notes. There’s the succulent seabream served over velvety polenta and glazed with vierge sauce and asparagus. The other options are the incredibly comforting mushroom tortelli, wrapped in Comté cheese cream and the roasted breast chicken enriched by the deliciously lingering aroma of confit potatoes.
Desserts wrap up your culinary journey on a classic note. From iced tiramisu, the rich chocolate soufflé tartlet for those who change things up, or a variant of handcrafted ice creams and sorbets that leave you pleasantly refreshed.

Bringing the fiery spirit of Brazilian churrasco to the business lunch hour is Fogo de Chão located at DIFC. Instead of a complete à-la-carte menu, this is a carefully planned set business lunch that will drop delectable flavors without you having to rush. The two-course format involves quality portions and the restaurant’s signature fire-grilled meats.
For those looking to explore the full à-la-carte lunch menu or dive deeper into specific cuts and sides. There are starters like picante shrimp tossed in house-made spicy sauces, caviar brioche crowned with egg salad, jumbo shrimps and chilled lobsters.
You get to pick one grilled churrasco cut (about 240 g), sliced to order and brimming with smokey, fire-kissed flavor. Balance it with unrestricted access to the lively Market Table, where the scene is set with crisp salads, fresh veggies, imported cheeses, Fogo feijoada (traditional black bean stew with beef) served with rice, and carefully prepared accompaniments.
The platter is completed with a delicious mini dessert for a sweet finish.

Hidden in the city’s glow, Kaspia is another fantastic addition to DIFC’s dining scene which often leans towards Parisian finesse against Dubai’s bold facades. The restaurant sits on a whisked idea of Tsarist-era Russian luxe and French chic.
Under soft lights and mirrored echoes, the business lunch is a generous spread between freshness and nostalgia. For starters, there’s citrus-dressed seared tuna, creamy burrata, snails rich with butter and garlic for some authentic European indulgence, golden piroshki, jewel-toned shuba salad, truffle-scented Mila greens and smooth Norwegian salmon gravlax.
For mains they serve crisp chicken and wagyu beef stroganoff that melts into comfort. Kiev, pan-seared salmon flavored with chimichurri, or bisque-bathed lobster ravioli, with a royal caviar option.
Finally your dessert is either the sickly sweet velvet cheesecake, fluffy tiramisu, or the molten chocolate fondant.

Walking into Coya in Restaurant Village Four Seasons Resort, Jumeirah Beach Road promises a South American quintessence right here in the desert. Given the Peru-inspired artefacts and cultural intricacies, the restaurant has put in a lot for a dining zone to bring out an inherently scorching hot fusion.
Coya’s luncheon inundates the Peruvian soul. Filling you up with starters like the crispy Ensalada de Coya, combining earthy purple potatoes with goat cheese and baby gem, the smoky tomatoes and burnt avocado, or the brilliant punch of sea bream give you the kick of criollo chili and crunchy plantain.
Mains involve grilled celeriac kissed with miso and yuzu, umami-rich mushrooms folded into bomba rice, or ocean-driven plates of mussels, squid, and sea bream layered with coconut, escabeche, and spice.
Sushi lovers can go for the acevichado maki, while there is crispy pollo sando and the seafood gyoza glazed in ají panca ponzu to try.
Intense flavors are found in flank steak with anticuchera sauce and golden yuca or roasted baby chicken with ají amarillo.
Desserts involve the brilliant passion fruit cremeux in flaky pastry, silky chocolate ganache with raspberry caramel, pillowy sweet potato picarones dripping with syrup, or the sweetness of chicha morada for a pleasant noonish getaway.

Perhaps where fire-driven cooking is done right. Delivering classy platefuls Sucre Dining fills your senses with Mediterranean flavours and French brasserie charm. Run by South American chefs, every inch of this dining space sets a gothically dramatic backdrop to eat in but not so pompously overdone. There’s definitely a balance in the dark.
Business lunch at Sucre Brasserie starts with roasted pumpkin soup and smoked yogurt, tender beef carpaccio kissed with truffle, or rich burrata with aged balsamic and homegrown tomatoes.
For the main course, you could choose from classic rigatoni al pomodoro crested with stracciatella, smooth seared fish with lemon beurre blanc, chimichurri-laced grilled baby chicken, or fire-grilled Black Angus sirloin with roasted shallots and fries.
Finish it all off with a light seasonal fruit plate, dark chocolate mousse with olive oil and sea salt, or dulce de leche crème brûlée from the dessert section.
Location: Podium Level, Gate Village, Building 3 - 05, Zaa’beel Second
Timing: Mon - Fri | 12PM - 3.00PM

Found in Downtown Dubai, Jun’s by Chef Kelvin Cheung weaves in global flavors from Asian, North American and fusion dishes that leave you staggering. With the delightful glimpses of the Burj Khalifa gazing over the windows, dining at Jun’s flows with the rhythm of the room showing attention to comfort, not just laying out tantalizing flavours on the plate. Rich tones of brass and emerald meld with teal marble floors, leather seating, and warm, subtle lighting give off a charming treat.
Your business lunch may start with whimsical little dishes that flout boundaries with bold inventions: like the Rainbow Heirloom Carrot that is sparked up by smoked labneh, and honey butter, and candied walnuts.
There’s also tender Salmon Carpaccio, aged just long enough for pickled shallots and kaffir lime to nicely blend in. Another showstopper is the silky Umami Koji Tomato Burrata melting into charred tomatoes with a hint of basil oil.
The main courses then settle into soulful comfort, such as the glossy, jasmine-scented Char Siu Wagyu Short Rib Claypot Rice, the rich, umami-deep Miso Sea Bass Claypot Rice with Patagonian toothfish, or the daring Vegetarian Mapo Tofu and Vegetable Rice with tofu and mushroom goes to show that a plant-based cuisine can still be delicious.
As for dessert, a classic Baked Alaska laden with espresso zabaglione and brown-butter semifreddo, or a sun-kissed Mango Panna Cotta crowned with coconut sago are truly worth seeking.
Location: Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Blvd
Timing: 12:00PM – 15:30PM

Set in DIFC, La Niña is a stylish Latino‑Iberian restaurant presenting a voyage from Lisbon’s tiled courtyards to the joyful plazas of Latin America. Framing a menu that ties in Latino flair with Iberian roots, the heritage techniques mastered in the kitchen are a festival for the palate.
The decor involves blue Portuguese azulejos tiles, velvet accents, with high ceilings, a sun-lit terrace, outdoor seating and you can also dine under candlelight. Evenings are meant for live Arabo‑Andalusian musical performances.
From the first bite, La Niña’s business lunch bombs the senses with its dashing flavors. Golden empanadas with soft surprises inside, jewel-toned tuna tartare kissed with lemony brightness, roasted corn and pumpkin seeds crunching in the Ensalada La Niña, and garlic-sizzling gambas di ajillo crackling with warmth.
The main dishes that follow have a strong, Iberian heart: grilled seafood or soft meats covered in colorful sauces that evoke South American passion, Piri-Piri chicken tingling with a sharp hit of lime and pepper, and oxtail well cooked for texture.
Similarly interesting are the desserts that give a classic finishing. Oozing with flavours of the 12-month aged Manchego, guava and caramel is the Flan and the avocado-shaped sweet treat Aguacate turning up with chocolate mousse and macadamia nut crunch.

Hutong, the Northern Chinese restaurant in DIFC has made quite a splash in the food scene with being recognised as the Best Chinese Restaurant in Dubai 2024 by Time Out.
The business lunch at Hutong takes you through Northern Chinese flavors, beginning with a choice of hot and sour soup range and lovely starters.
Delicate crystal vegetable dumplings, tea-smoke dumplings, or rich prawn rolls steal the limelight with fragrant wild mushroom and truffle bao; the spiced Chilean sea bass dumpling adds a nice kick; and roasted Peking duck with pancakes are another tempting upgrade. There’s also a crisp spring salad dressed in nutty sesame.
A hearty main course, like the Sichuan pepper beef tenderloin and traditional Yu Xiang shredded chicken, or smooth mapo tofu, wok-tossed prawns, or cold soba noodles filled with rich umami, is served with steaming rice to draw out a better experience. Desserts like Golden Fortune or Bao and Soy give a sweet finish to a heavy lunch that melds efficiency with enjoyment.
Although reservations in advance are advised, Hutong has a smart casual dress code for all visitors, and beachwear (such as vests and flip-flops) is not permitted.
Location: Ground Floor DIFC, Gate Building 6, Al Sukook Street, Zaa’beel Second
Timing: Mon – Fri | 12PM – 2:30PM
