Although MBR City is attractive, it remains under construction. Much of the construction is still going on, and in some of the areas, noise, dust, and blocked roads may become a daily occurrence. In their turn, the construction that takes place continuously, high costs, and lack of transportation may not appeal to everyone like those who prefer a more developed or more affordable area.
